- Why does my renewal order fail to process?
- While there could be various reasons, the best solution is to log out and process your transaction as a new membership using promo code NEW20.
- Why does my renewal order say there is a billing error?
- If you received an error at checkout, it may be due to a discrepancy in the billing information which you will need to confirm with your financial institution. The order will not process if the financial institution returns an “invalid billing” response when the order is submitted. This may happen if the billing name and address do not exactly match. This could be as simple as entering "Drive" vs "Dr" or omitting a middle initial. Unfortunately, we do not have access to this data to determine the issue but can try to process by phone. Also, keep in mind that using your browser's autofill function sometimes inserts spaces that cause issues during the verification process.
- Why does my discount code say it is invalid?
- This may be caused by a space entered before or after the promotion code. Also, some codes are only valid on specific transactions – such as renewal of a current membership. If you have verified all information is correct, please reach out to the membership department at membership@nashvillezoo.org for assistance.
