If you received an error at checkout, it may be due to a discrepancy in the billing information, which you will need to confirm with your financial institution, the order will not process if the financial institution returns an “invalid billing” response when the order is submitted. This may happen if the billing name and address do not exactly match. This could be Drive vs Dr., or a middle initial, we do not have access to this data to determine the issue but can try to process by phone. Additionally, using autofill sometimes inserts spaces that throw off the authentication [so you may need to manually enter it]
  • Why does my discount code say it is invalid?
